My clients vary from male to female, all ages and levels of fitness and abilities as well as pre and post natal women. I also train people with disabilities. In addition to my one-to-one training, I offer joint sessions whether it is husband and wife, friends, parent and child as well as small group training.
In addition to personal training, I offer various online and outdoor group classes per week. These sessions are 45minutes long and full of fun. All ages and genders are welcome. I always offer a variation of the exercises depending on the fitness level or injury/disability of the individuals. The sessions are very welcoming and made fun for everyone. I am also available for small group training as well as corporate fitness classes and days. If you make the time to show up, I’ll do the rest.
