In addition to tailored personal training I run online Zoom and outdoor group classes as well as small group indoor training for up to 6 people.
All ages and genders are welcome. I always offer a variation of the exercises depending on the fitness level, injury or disability of the individual. All sessions are very welcoming and made fun for everyone.

£10 pay as you go for indoor small group training. (Max 8 people.)
Small Group Evening Training
Monday & Wednesday 6.30-7.15pm
Get ready to sweat, sculpt and tone in this functional fitness session. This class will challenge you with various exercises for a maximum calorie burn combining cardio and strength movements.
Small Group Daytime Training
Monday 6.30-7.15am & 1.30-2.15pm
Wednesday 9.15-10.00am
Friday 9.30-10.15am

Small Group Training
Tuesday 9.15-10.00am
Whether you are expecting or a new mum, this class will safely offer exercises and movements for all stages of your pregnancy and post partum journey. All new babies and children are welcome.
