Nutrition Philosophy

I do not advocate or recommend any diets, as they give you results very quickly as you are in calorie deficit. However, as soon as you get back to your normal eating habits, the weight you have lost by dieting will be put back on. It is all about making small realistic changes that you can maintain. If you snack a lot, this should be cut down, if you generally have a chocolate bar each day when you feel like you need an energy lift, this should be limited to having that chocolate bar only 2-3 times a week or replacing it altogether with something else. Or if you are in the habit of drinking very calorie heavy drinks such as full fat coke, beer or wine, I would advise you to only allow these twice a week. Or if that isn’t realistic for you, I would suggest that you swap your full fat coke to a diet option and your wine and beer to gin and slimline tonic or even prosecco, which has less calories than wine.

When you are booked in and come for your first session, I will weigh and measure you and take pictures. We will then repeat this process every month to track progress. Some people prefer to be weighed more often, in which case we do that once a week but the measuring and pictures will always be done every four weeks.
